Easy Creamy Curry Udon Noodles
- 1/2 Onion
- 150 grams Pork
- 100 grams Ready-made curry roux block (Spicy)
- 1 Oil
- 150 ml Milk
- 3 tbsp Fresh cream
- 700 ml - 750 ml Water
- 2 tsp Katakuriko
- 3 packs Frozen udon noodles
- 1 dash Green onion or scallion
- 1 dash Fresh cream (as decoration)
- Slice the onion thinly.
- Cut the pork into easy-to-eat sized pieces.
- Stir fry both in a little oil over medium heat.
- When it's cooked through, add the water and milk.
- When it comes to a boil add the curry roux and dissolve.
- Add the fresh cream and mix well.
- Lower the heat, and add the katakuriko dissolved in water.
- In another pan, bring some water to a boil and cook the frozen udon noodles.
- Put the cooked udon noodles in a serving bowl and pour the sauce from Step 4 over it.
- Top with some finely chopped green onion and a little cream to finish.
