Easy Creamy Curry Udon Noodles

  1. Slice the onion thinly.
  2. Cut the pork into easy-to-eat sized pieces.
  3. Stir fry both in a little oil over medium heat.
  4. When it's cooked through, add the water and milk.
  5. When it comes to a boil add the curry roux and dissolve.
  6. Add the fresh cream and mix well.
  7. Lower the heat, and add the katakuriko dissolved in water.
  8. In another pan, bring some water to a boil and cook the frozen udon noodles.
  9. Put the cooked udon noodles in a serving bowl and pour the sauce from Step 4 over it.
  10. Top with some finely chopped green onion and a little cream to finish.
