Clover Leaf

• 1 1/2 ounces gin
• 1/2 ounce grenadine
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 1 egg white
• 3 or 4 ice cubes
• Mint leaf

1. Combine all ingredients except mint leaf in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
2. Strain into a cocktail glass.
3. Float the leaf on top of the drink.
