Crock Pot Spanish Rice
- 2 pounds beef ground
- 1 each onions chopped
- 1 each green bell peppers chopped
- 1 each tomatoes 28 oz can, stewed
- 1 each tomato sauce 16 oz can
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 2 1/2 teaspoons chili powder or to taste
- 1 x salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups rice converted
- 3 each celery stalks, chopped
- Brown beef in skillet and drain off fat.
- Put all ingredients in crockpot.
- Stir thoroughly.
- Cover and cook on Low 7 to 9 hours or on High 3 hours.
- Stir in cheese and sprinkle on top (if desired).
