Microwave Mexican Cheese Soup Recipe

  1. Place onion, carrots, celery and butter in a 2-qt glass bowl.
  2. Microwave on high for 4 min.
  3. Stir in flour, spices, sauce, broth, lowfat milk and chilies.
  4. Cook on high for 4 min, stirring once.
  5. Add in cheeses, cook on high for 6 to 7 min or possibly till cheese is melted.
  6. Serve with heated tortilla chips.
