Chocolate Souffle
- 160 g bitter chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 3 eggs (whites and yolks seperated)
- 34 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon cacao
- 1 pinch salt
- 1.
- Melt chocolate and butter in benmari style.
- Leave it to get a cooler.
- 2.
- In a different cup, mix sugar and egg yolks.
- 3.
- Add and stir melted chocalate and butter to the mix.
- 4.
- In a different deep cup stir egg whites and salt until they become like foam.
- 5.
- Mix it with the chocolate mix and stir it with a spoon from down to up several times.
- 6.
- Divide the mixture to souffle cups.
- 7.
- Put hot water in oven tray and place the cups on the tray.
- 8.
- Bake it in the previously heated owen (175 degrees) for 8 to 10 minutes.
- 9.
- Serve it hot.
