Chicken Crepes Recipe
- 1 cut-up chicken (cooked)
- 2 cans cream of mushroom
- 2 cans of mushrooms
- 1 pound Monterey Jack cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 c. finely minced onion
- 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Healthy pinch of parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Salt and pepper
- Crepe recipe
- Chicken gravy (optional)
- In a large mixing bowl, combine soup, mushrooms, onion and spices.
- Stir in cheese and bread crumbs.
- Strip chicken and cut into bite size pcs.
- Stir into cheese mix.
- Place a good spoonful into a crepe and roll up.
- Place in a baking dish and cover sparingly with chicken gravy, (optional.)
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min or possibly till cheese is melted.
