Easy Italian Popcorn

• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/2 tsp. GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix
• 10 cups popped popcorn, (best if no butter added or natural)
• 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

1. Melt butter down in a saucepan and add in the seasoning.
2. Pour over the popcorn and sprinkle with cheese.
3. Serve immediately.
