Potato Lasagna

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them in circles.
  2. Cut the sausages in circles.
  3. Mix with a spoon the ricotta cheese, cream, salt, pepper an broth until well blended.
  4. In a 9x9 dish, add one row of potatoes (use 1/3 of the potatoes), then cover with 1/3 of the ricotta mixture.
  5. Layer 1/2 of the sausages.
  6. Repeat the potato layer, then ricotta, then the other half of the sausages sausages, then potatoes again.
  7. Finish with a ricotta layer.
  8. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella.
  9. Bake covered at 350F for 60 minutes.
  10. Uncover and bake 15 minutes at 450F.
  11. Serve hot.
