Zucchini & Tomato Gratin

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Combine first 3 ingredients.
  3. Layer half the zucchini, 1/4 cup cheese mixture and half the tomatoes in 2-L casserole dish; cover with 1/4 cup of the remaining cheese mixture.
  4. Repeat layers.
  5. Mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle over ingredients in casserole dish.
  6. Bake 30 to 35 min.
  7. or until vegetable mixture is heated through and topping is golden brown.
