Spooky Pumpkin Bowl Soup
- 2 small sugar pumpkin
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 10 12 ounces half-and-half (1 soup can)
- 12 cup long grain rice
- 1 medium onion
- 1 garlic clove
- salt and pepper
- Hollow out pumpkins.
- Dice and brown onion and garlic.
- Mix soup, half & half, rice, onion and garlic.
- Divide evenly between pumpkins.
- Bake at 300 degress for 2 hours.
- Serve in pumpkin.
- Scoop pumpkin meat in each bite.
