Smoked Sausage Jambalaya Recipe

  1. Split and cut sausage into small pcs.
  2. Fry with onion till brown; add in water, rice, and onion soup.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cover and cook on low flame for 20 min.
  5. Stir occasionally.
  6. Shrimp can be substituted for sausage.
