Lemon & Herb Roasted Chicken

  1. Cut both chickens in half.
  2. Rub with salt & pepper & olive oil.
  3. Chop your thyme & rosemary & parsley.
  4. Then combine with garlic.
  5. Sprinkle over the chicken and rub all over.
  6. Cut your lemon in half and squeeze the juice over the chicken.
  7. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
  8. Baste with the juices every half hour.
  9. Enjoy.
