Hommous - Chick Pea Dip
- 2 cups chickpeas (garbanzo beans) cooked, or canned
- 23 cup tahini (sesame paste)
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 x parsley sprigs
- Place all ingredients but parsley in food processor or blender.
- Blend to a smooth paste.
- Place in a small platter or shallow bowl.
- If preferred, sprinkle olive oil on top and garnish with parsley sprigs and lemon wedges.
