  1. Cut process cheese into 3-1/2x1/2x1/2-inch sticks (about 1/2 oz.
  2. each).
  3. Cut a slit into long side of each frank, being careful to not cut all of the way through the frank.
  4. Insert 1 process cheese stick into slit in each frank.
  5. Wrap 2 bacon slices tightly around each frank.
  6. Place, slit sides up, on a baker's rack set on a sheet pan.
  7. Bake in a 350F-convection oven until bacon is crisp, process cheese is melted and internal temperature of franks registers 160F.
  8. Serve in buns.
