- 40 pieces KRAFT CHEDASHARP Pasteurized Process American Cheese Loaf
- 40 each OSCAR MAYER Jumbo Beef Franks 5:1
- 80 slices OSCAR MAYER 18-22 Slice Count Raw Bacon Flat Pak
- 40 each hot dog buns, partially split
- Cut process cheese into 3-1/2x1/2x1/2-inch sticks (about 1/2 oz.
- each).
- Cut a slit into long side of each frank, being careful to not cut all of the way through the frank.
- Insert 1 process cheese stick into slit in each frank.
- Wrap 2 bacon slices tightly around each frank.
- Place, slit sides up, on a baker's rack set on a sheet pan.
- Bake in a 350F-convection oven until bacon is crisp, process cheese is melted and internal temperature of franks registers 160F.
- Serve in buns.
