Vanilla Fudge

  1. In a thick bottom pan, combine all ingredients except for the essence.
  2. Cook this on low flame till thickens and reaches a soft-ball stage.
  3. Remove from flame.
  4. Then add the essence.
  5. Pour this into a greased tray, smoothen the top and leave to cool.
  6. After it cools cut into squares.
