Wallie's BBQ Sauce
- 13 cups tomato puree
- 4 cups onions
- 2 23 cups apple cider vinegar
- 1 14 cups vegetable oil
- 4 ounces Worcestershire sauce
- 13 cup salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 10 12 ounces brown sugar
- 1 ounce dry mustard
- 1 ounce liquid smoke
- You can either use tomato Puree or Tomato sauce.
- You should puree the onions, but the recipe is good with them minced as well.
- Sautee the onions in the vegetable oil, then mix all ingredients and simmer 3-4 hours.
- You can Put it up in canning jars, process for 30 minutes and this will keep for up to 1 year.
