No Bake Peanut Butter Bars
- 5 cups Rice Kripies, Processed Into Crumbs
- 1/2 cups Peanut Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
- 4 Tablespoons Vegan Margarine (like Earth Balance)
- 2 Tablespoons Agave
- 13 cups Evaporated Cane Juice
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- Melted Chocolate, To Drizzle Over The Bars (optional)
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- If the mixture is too cumbly to hold together, add a little more of either peanbut butter, agave, or margarine.
- Firmly press the mixture into a 8 or 9-inch loaf pan.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the bars, if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
