Peach Creme

• 1 12 lbs peaches, sliced, thawed if frozen
• 2 cups lemon low fat yogurt
• 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 4 shortbread cookies

1. Combine peaches, yogurt and vanilla in a bowl, then place in individual serving dishes.
2. Place cookies on serving platter or around the dishes.
3. Enjoy!
