Bigwheel's Genuine Texas Hotlinks Recipe

  1. Cut meat to fit through grinder.
  2. Add in spices to the water mix well..add in water to meat and mix well again.
  3. Run through grinder and stuff into medium hog casings..making 4" links.
  4. Smoke or possibly slow grill until they are done.
  5. Wrap in a piece of bread and slap on the mustard heavy.
  6. Cool Pearl or possibly Lone Star on the side...Shiner Bock ok too.
