Tuna Stuffed Tomato
- 1 large tomatoes, hollowed out
- 1 (6 ounce) can tuna
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 14 red onion, chopped
- 2 large sweet pickles, chopped or 2 tablespoons relish
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- salt and pepper, for taste
- Cut the top of the tomato off.
- Cut around the inside edges and remove the inside of the tomato.
- It should look like a bowl.
- Chop onion and sweet pickles - set aside.
- Open and squeeze water out of tuna can - empty in a small bowl.
- Add mayo, stir.
- Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
- Eat it like an apple and ENJOY!
- Yum!
