Bubbling Mario

• 1 1/2 ounces vodka, preferably wheat, such as Russian Standard
• 3/4 ounce Aperol
• 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
• 1 ounce fresh orange juice
• 1/2 ounce honey syrup (2 teaspoons honey mixed with 1 teaspoon warm water)
• Ice
• 1 ounce chilled Prosecco
• 1 orange wheel and 1 spiral-cut lemon twist, for garnish

1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, Aperol, lemon juice, orange juice and honey syrup.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled ice-filled collins glass and top with the Prosecco.
4. Garnish with the orange wheel and lemon twist.
