Tuna Burgers

  1. Combine all ingredients except oil, buns and garnishes.
  2. Mold into 4 burgers.
  3. Add oil to frying pan and heat well.
  4. Fry each burger about 2 minutes on each side until a nice crust forms.
  5. Then place on buns with tartar sauce or coleslaw or a slice of cheese and tomato and yummy!
  6. This is a good recession recipe, a nice change from hot dogs and beans nite.

solid white, bread crumbs, egg, cream cheese, lemon juice, canola oil, hamburger, tartar sauce
