Apple Crisp Oven Pancake - Bisquick

  1. Heat oven to 425F (220C).
  2. Grease jelly roll pan.
  3. Mix oats, 1/4 cup bisquick, brown sugar, butter (or margarine) and cinnamon.
  4. Reserve.
  5. Beat remaining ingredients with whisk until well-blended.
  6. Pour into pan.
  7. Spread batter to edges.
  8. Sprinkle with oats mixture.
  9. Bake 14 to 16 minutes, or until light golden brown.
  10. Cut into 6 pieces and serve.
