Skinny Protein Packed Shrimp Stir Fry

  1. Saute shrimp in 1 tablespoon of Olive oil.
  2. Sprinkle with Asian seasoning.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. In a separate pan, heat 2 tablespoons of Olive oil over med-high heat.
  5. Saute onions and zucchini but do not burn.
  6. Sprinkle more Asian seasoning on the onions and broccoli.
  7. Lower heat to medium.
  8. Add the soy sauce and Cook for about 5 minutes
  9. Add broccoli slaw, peppers and remaining Asian seasoning.
  10. Stir and flip ingredients throughly.
  11. When peppers reach desired softness, add the shrimp.
  12. Stir and flip ingredients again.
  13. Lower heat and simmer for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
  14. Serve over Brown Rice (optional)
