Black Bean Chili with Rice

  1. Cook beef in 2 to 3 quart sauce pan over medium heat, stirring to crumble.
  2. Add all ingredients except rice.
  3. Bring to boil; simmer uncovered 20 to 25 minutes.
  4. Remove bay leaves.
  5. Serve over hot rice with chips on side.
