Moroccan Style Chicken - Slow Cooker

  1. Place canned fruit, onion, garlic, lemon juice, squash, radish, carrot, crushed red pepper, curry powder, salt, & marjoram into the slow cooker.
  2. Stir, then add the chicken.
  3. Scoop some of the mixture on top of the chicken.
  4. Cover & cook on low for 4 to 5 hours until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Remove chicken from slow cooker, place in covered dish & keep warm.
  6. Add sliced olives & pimentos to the sauce.
  7. In a separate small bowl, mix together the water & cornstarch.
  8. Pour the cornstarch mixture into the mixture & stir to combine.
  9. Cover & cook on high for about 15 minutes or until thickened.
  10. Serve chicken on a bed of couscous, pour sauce from slow cooker on top.
