Cream Sauce Shrimp Recipe
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- Salt
- 1/4 c. minced chives or possibly thin green onions
- 2 tbsp. white cooking wine
- Approximately 12 to 16 med. size shrimp
- Heat butter in saucepan.
- Slowly add in lowfat milk, flour, spices, lemon juice.
- Bring to low boil then add in green onions.
- Simmer 15 to 20 min and pour over shrimp and egg noodles.
- White cooking wine may be added at 2 Tbsp..
