Minced Pork Lettuce Bowls
- 300 grams Ground pork
- 100 grams Bamboo shoots (in water)
- 4 Shiitake mushrooms
- 30 grams Cellophane noodles
- 3 tbsp Water
- 1 tsp Chicken stock granules
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Tianmianjiang
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp Ginger (grated in tube)
- 1 dash Pepper
- 1 tsp Katakuriko
- 1 head Lettuce
- Boil the glass noodles for 5 minutes.
- Drain in a sieve.
- Mince the bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms, and glass noodles.
- Mix theingredients for the sauce together.
- Add the meat to a heated pan and brown well.
- Make sure it becomes crumbly.
- Add the minced bamboo shoots and the shiitake.
- Stir them in and continue cooking.
- Add the sauce and cook quickly.
- Mix in the minced glass noodles.
- Done.
- Shape the lettuce so it forms a bowl to hold the meat.
- Wrap in lettuce!
- Also delicious served with rice.
- If you use miso instead of tianmianjiang, reduce the amount.
- If you like spicy food, add ingredients like doubanjiang.
