Orange Chocolate Freeze

  1. MICROWAVE chocolate with milk in a large microwaveable bowl on HIGH for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through heating time.
  2. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  3. Cool to room temperature, stirring occasionally.
  4. FOLD whipped topping into chocolate mixture.
  5. SPREAD one-quarter of the mousse onto bottom of a 9 inch (23 cm) springform pan.
  6. Combine liqueur and water in small bowl, dip 15 wafers into mixture for 5 seconds each.
  7. Cover mousse layer with a 1/3 of the wafers.
  8. Repeat layers 2 times more ending with mousse layer.
  9. Cover and freeze.
  10. LET stand 30 minutes at room temperature before serving.
  11. Garnish with drizzled chocolate and chocolate dipped orange sections, if desired.
