Chicken Chutney Salad Recipe

  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken, pineapple, and celery.
  2. In a separate bowl, use a wire whisk to blend 3 Tbsp.
  3. reserved juice with remaining ingredients, except almonds.
  4. Stir into chicken mix.
  5. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
  6. Stir in almonds before serving.
  7. If you like, serve on lettuce leaves.
  8. Yield: about 4-6 servings.
