Spring Cabbage & Egg Soup With Wei-pa
- 1 to 2 leaves Cabbage
- 1 Egg
- 600 ml Water
- 2 tsp Weipa
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Sesame oil (optional)
- Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
- Beat the eggs and set aside.
- Add water to a pot and heat.
- Once it comes to a boil add the cabbage.
- Once the cabbage is tender, add the ingredients, lastly add the beaten egg and the sesame oil.
- It's complete.
