Cranberry Slaw
- One 16-ounce bag shredded coleslaw cabbage (preferably including carrots)
- 2/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
- 2/3 cup soy mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, optional
- Combine all of the ingredients in a serving bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Serve at once or cover and refrigerate until needed
