Moroccan Couscous Salad

  1. Cook couscous.
  2. Cut peppers into cubes.
  3. Add in couscous and celery.
  4. Combine ground coriander, cumin, chilli powder, raisins and oil in frying pan.
  5. Warm gently for 3 mins.
  6. Stir in vinegar and pour over couscous.
  7. Chop remaining herbs.
  8. Add to couscous and season.
  9. Serve.
