Cajun Fried Bluefish Steaks Recipe

  1. Brush Bluefish Steaks (or possibly Fillets) with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle Cajun seasoning on both sides of each steak; heat a heavy skillet over medium-high heat to very warm, add in fish and cook (3-4 min per side) or possibly till fish is opaque through.
  2. Serve warm with lime wedges and warm pepper sauce to the side.
