Bacon Wrapped Chili Lime Shrimp

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F.
  2. Mix together chili sauce, zest and juice of lime, garlic powder and chipotle chili powder in a medium-sized bowl.
  3. Add shrimp into the bowl and toss them around to coat them in the chili sauce.
  4. Put the bacon onto a microwave safe plate or platter.
  5. Pre-cook the bacon in the microwave for about 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Put your bacon and your bowl of shrimp on your work surface.
  7. Wrap a bacon half around each piece of shrimp and secure with a toothpick.
  8. Place the shrimp on a broiler pan with slotted drainage.
  9. Repeat until you have assembled all of the shrimp.
  10. Put pan into the preheated oven and cook until bacon is crispy (approximately 8 to 10 minutes).
  11. Serve and enjoy!
