Banana Freeze

  1. Prepare pudding according to pkg directions.
  2. Stir in extract.
  3. Cover surface of pudding with waxed paper and cool to room temperature.
  4. Fold in bananas and egg whites.
  5. Spoon into 10 paper bake cups in muffin pans and freeze until firm.
  6. Let stand at room temp 30 minutes before serving.
