Farmhouse Recipe Chinese-Style Chilled Steamed Eggplants

  1. Make a cut into the stem end of the eggplants, wrap each in plastic wrap and heat in a 500W microwave for 5-6 minutes.
  2. Slice the eggplants into 8 pieces lengthwise, and marinate with "A" while still hot.
  3. Let cool in the fridge.
  4. The flavour will soak in for a delicious taste.
