Tuna Cakes

  1. Combine ingredients.
  2. Refrigerate 10 min.
  3. Heat large heavy nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat.
  4. Use ice cream scoop to add 1/3-cup portions of tuna mixture, in batches, to skillet.
  5. Flatten into patties with back of spatula.
  6. Cook 6 min.
  7. or until golden brown on both sides, carefully turning after 3 min.
  8. Repeat with remaining tuna mixture.
