Blue Devils
- 1 (10 ounce) packagerefrigerated flakey biscuits
- 4 ounces butter
- 4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Separate dough into individual biscuits and cut into quarters.
- Arrange in a single layer in an ungreased 9 by 13 inch baking pan.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add blue cheese and cook, stirring, until the cheese is melted, about 3 minutes.
- Pour over biscuits and bake until the dough has absorbed most of the cheese mixture and tops are nicely browned, about 11 minutes.
- Let cool in the pan 2-3 minutes before serving warm.
