Blue Devils

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Separate dough into individual biscuits and cut into quarters.
  3. Arrange in a single layer in an ungreased 9 by 13 inch baking pan.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  5. Add blue cheese and cook, stirring, until the cheese is melted, about 3 minutes.
  6. Pour over biscuits and bake until the dough has absorbed most of the cheese mixture and tops are nicely browned, about 11 minutes.
  7. Let cool in the pan 2-3 minutes before serving warm.
