Chicken Noodle Soup
- 1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 cups 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup small pasta shells, uncooked
- 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
- Heat dressing in large saucepan on medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 5 min.
- or until crisp-tender.
- Add carrots, celery, bay leaf and broth; stir.
- Bring to boil; cover.
- Simmer on medium-low heat 20 min., adding pasta after 10 min.
- Stir in chicken; simmer 5 min.
- or until heated through.
- Remove and discard bay leaf.
