Barbecue Pork Roast Recipe
- 3-4 drops Tabasco
- 3-4 drops liquid smoke
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 bottle chili sauce, any kind
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- Cook a pork roast at 400 degrees for 30-45 min, uncovered.
- (Large roast about 1 hour.)
- Mix ingredients and heat slowly; pour sauce over roast and cover.
- Baste every 15 min which it is in the oven.
- Cook as long as you did before you put the sauce on.
