Red Pepper Cheddar Meatloaf
- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 14 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 34 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt & pepper
- 18 teaspoon cayenne
- 12 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 red pepper, diced and sauteed in evoo with salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients EXCEPT ground beef.
- When well combined, gently mix in ground beef.
- Form loaf and bake for approx 35-40 minutes uncovered.
