Slow Cooker Italian Beef

  1. Mix broth, tomato paste and dressing mixes; pour over meat in slow cooker.
  2. Top with onions; cover with lid.
  3. Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours).
  4. Remove meat from slow cooker; shred with fork.
  5. Return meat to slow cooker; stir gently to coat with sauce.
  6. Serve meat in rolls.
