Sardines in Olive Oil

  1. Rinse and salt the sardines the night before coating them well with a good handful of salt.
  2. Place in fridge until needed.
  3. Pre-heat the oven to 200 Celsius.
  4. Place sardines on a oven proof flat tray and coat with the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Cook for about 20 minutes.
  6. No need to turn over.
  7. Note: This can also be done on the barbecue.
  8. Once cooked serve immediately.
