Michael's Favorite Banana Pancakes With Coconut Syrup Recipe

• 1 c. pancake mix
• 3/4 c. lowfat milk
• 1 tbsp. oil
• 1 egg, whipped
• 1 ripe banana, minced

1. FOR PANCAKES: Mix all ingredients together just till blended.
2. Cook as usual.
3. For syrup; combine sugar, water and butter and bring to a boil; boil 5 min.
4. Remove from heat and stir in flavoring.
5. Serve over hot pancakes.
