Banana Pops

  1. INSERT a wooden icy pole stick in one end of each piece of banana.
  2. Chill for 20 minutes.
  3. POUR the melted chocolate into a mug then dunk half of each banana into the chocolate.
  4. Drain off the excess then roll the coated section in the chopped Oreo, pressing on gently with your fingers.
  5. PLACE the bananas onto a lined tray then freeze until firm.
  6. Store in an airtight container, frozen, until required.
  7. These delicious bananas can be served chilled, allow the chocolate to set in the fridge then serve immediately.
