Pan Coating for Perfect Cakes

• 13 cups Crisco Shortening
• 13 cups Liquid Cooking Oil
• 13 cups Flour

1. Combine all 3 ingredients in the bowl of your stand mixer and beat until well blended (about 3 minutes).
2. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
3. Paint a thin layer onto a cake pan using a silicone pastry brush.
