Philly Cheesesteak Totchos

  1. Bake potato tots according to package directions.
  2. Keep warm.
  3. Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat; add onions.
  4. Cook, stirring occasionally, 2-3 minutes or until just beginning to soften.
  5. Add bell pepper strips.
  6. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 3-5 minutes or until beginning to brown.
  7. Stir in roast beef; remove from heat.
  8. Combine cheese, half & half and ground red pepper in 2-quart saucepan.
  9. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until melted and smooth.
  10. Arrange potato tots in single layer on serving platter.
  11. Top with cheese sauce and roast beef mixture.
  12. Serve immediately.
