Shitake Mushroom & Brie Crostini Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. If possible, let cheese sit a room temperature for 2 hours so if is easier to spread
  3. Slice baguette on an angle in 1/2 inch thickness
  4. Slice mushrooms and sautA in a bit of extra virgin olive oil over med high heat until brown and crisp
  5. Spread cheese on baguette and top with one or two mushroom
  6. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until cheese melts
  7. Garnish with chives and serve immediately
