Banana Nut Lactation Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. In a Very large bowl mix the oats, flour,flex seed, yeast, baking soda, baking powder, salt, nuts and cinnamon
  3. In a second bowl mash the bananas.
  4. Then add applesauce, oil, honey, vanilla, vinegar, coconut milk, and stir well.
  5. Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients, mix until well mixed.
  6. Fill sprayed muffin tin to about 3/4 full.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes
